The studio features an 800 sq ft area with 3 dance poles, hardwood floor, wall to wall mirrors and a state of the art sound system.

Pole dancing has become a popular form of exercise and art form that is physically challenging, mentally stimulating and emotionally rewarding. The benefits include improved strength, endurance, balance, posture, muscle tone and flexibility, and at the same time promotes a sense of well being and improved self esteem.

Specializing in personalized training on an individual basis or small group setting, classes and workshops are designed to allow for maximised individual progression custom–designed for each client. Pole moves, floor work, and choreography are incorporated into the classes and are broken down into simple, easy to follow steps anyone can learn.
